EtherFast Cable/DSL Routers Connecting Y our Hardware T ogether and Booting Up 1. Before you be gin, make sure that all of y our hard war e is po wer ed off , including your Router , PCs, hubs, switches, and the cab le or DSL modem.
3. Connect the networ k cab le from your cab le or DSL modem to the WA N port on your Router’ s rear panel. This is the only port that will w ork for y our modem connection. 4.
