ENG-6 5. Adjusting Zooming Resistance Y ou can adjust the zooming “touch” (resistance) as needed by holding the f ocusing ring in place and turning the adjustment r ing. Tu rn the adjustment ring tow ards the word SMOO TH to reduce the zooming touch, or tow ards TIGHT to increase it.

ENG-10 8. Infinity Compensation Mark To compensate f or shifting of the infinity f ocus point that results from changes in temperature. The infinity position at normal temperature is the point at which the vertical line of the L mar k is aligned with the distance indicator on the distance scale.
