B-1 Assemb l y Instructions (1) (2) Assemble wheel frame Y ou will need: axle rod, two wheel hubcaps, tw o wheels, wheel fr ame, hammer and a b lock of wood. Place one end of the axle rod on the block of wood (or other protected surface). T ap one hubcap onto the end of the axle rod.
B-2 Complete frame assembl y Y ou will need: par tial frame assembly , two frame connectors, f our 2 inch bolts, f our nylon washers and a 7/16 inch or adjustab le wrench. Hold one frame connector between the caster frame and wheel frame. Add the nylon washer to the bolt.
B-3 Insert casters Y ou will need: frame assembly and tw o casters. Push the casters firmly into the inserts in the ends of the caster frame. Add cooking bo x (assembly) Y ou will need: frame assembly , cooking bo x (assembly), 2 inch bolt, n ylon washer , keps n ut, pliers and a 7/16 inch or adjustable wrench.
B-4 (1) (2) Install manif old brac ket Y ou will need: manifold brac ket. Hook the bracket(2) onto the manifold at the center burner valve. Place your hand underneath the bracket. Lift the manifold, bracket and cooking box slightly , then hook the tab of the bracket onto the frame brace(1).
B-5 (1) (2) (3) Add fuel gauge Y ou will need: fuel gauge, two wing n uts and two n ylon washers . 1) Slip the bolts on the back of the fuel gauge through the two small holes in the cylinder panel. 2) Add washers to the bolts, then wing nuts, and tighten with your fingers.
B-6 Fill liquid pr opane cylinder Note - The liquid propane cylinder manuf acturer is responsible f or the materials, workmanship and perf or mance of the cylinder . If the cylinder has a def ect, malfunctions, or you ha v e a question regarding the cylinder , call the cylinder manuf acturer ’ s customer ser vice center .
B-7 Check that all b urner valves are off Y ou will need: burner control knobs. V alves are shipped in the OFF position, but you should check to be sure that they are turned OFF . Put the knob on each valve. Check by pushing down and turning clockwise.
B-8 Check f or gas leaks D ANGER Do not use an open flame to chec k for gas leaks. Be sure there are no sparks or open flames in the area while y ou check f or leaks. Sparks or open flames will result in a fire or e xplosion which can cause serious bodily injury or death and damage to pr oper ty .
B-9 (1) (2) (1) Install the slide out bottom tray Y ou will need: the slide out bottom tra y(1), catch pan holder(2), catch pan and one disposable drip pan. Hook the ends of the catch pan holder into the hole in the slide out bottom tray . The fr ont of the catch pan holder must be on the same side as the finger grip(1) of the bottom tray .
C-1 Installing Features (1) Install the right end trim piece with tool holders and right swing-up w ork surface Y ou will need: Right tr im piece with tool holders , r ight s wing-up wor k surf ace, s wing-up work surface rod, one 1/2 inch bolt, one nylon w asher and a wrench 1.

C-3 T o raise swing-up work surface: Lift table all the way up and slide it to the left, then lower table until you feel it lock in the up position. T o lower swing-up work surface: Lift table up until it disengages and slide it to the right.
C-4 4.) While holding swing-up work surface in position, insert the other end of the swing-up work surface rod into the left end trim piece. Push the trim piece into the frame. 5.) Add a washer to the bolt and insert it through the hole in the frame and the hole in the trim piece.
C-5 Install contr ol panel and burner contr ol knobs Y ou will need: control panel, two Phillips screws/ washers , a Phillips scre wdriver , and burner control knobs. 1) Set the control panel in place over both frame braces. Hold the Crossover Ignition button up while setting the control panel in place.
C-6 Install the bottom shelf Y ou will need: Bottom shelf . Set the bottom shelf in place between the two frame connectors underneath the cooking box. Install the thermometer Y ou will need: Ther mometer . Insert the thermometer into its holder on the right side of the lid.

D-4 Refilling the Liquid Pr o- pane Cylinder We recommend that you refill the LP cylinder before it is completely empty . Remov al of the LP cylinder 1) Close cylinder valve (turn clockwise). 2) Unscrew regulator coupling by turning counter- clockwise, by hand only .
D-5 7) Check for leaks by wetting the fitting with the soap and water solution and watching for bubbles. If bubbles form, or if a bubble grows, there is a leak. D-6 Safe handling tips f or Liquid Pr opane Gas Cyl- inder s ■ Liquid Propane (LP) gas is a petroleum product as are gasoline and natural gas. LP gas is a gas at regular temperatures and pressures. Under moderate pressure, inside a cylinder , LP gas is a liquid.
D-7 Annual Maintenance After a period of nonuse, we recommend that you perform the following maintenance procedures for your safety . m W ARNING: Chec k the hose before eac h use of the barbecue for nic ks, cracking, abrasions or cuts. If the hose is found to be damaged in an y way , do not use the barbecue.
D-8 General Maintenance Weber Spider Stopper™ Guards Y our Weber Gas Barbecue, as well as any outdoor gas appliance, is a target for spiders and other insects. They can nest in the venturi section (V enturi(1), air shutter(2), venturi fin(3) ) of the burner tubes.
