Call Functi ons 22 Making a Call — Number Entry Dialing Important!: Because of v arious tran smissi on methods, n etwork para meters, and us er settings necessar y to compl ete a call from you r wireless p hone, a connec tion cannot a lways be guaranteed.
23 Manual Pause Calli ng When you ca ll autom ated systems (lik e banking se r vice s), you are often required to enter a passwo rd or accoun t number . I nstead of manually entering the numbers each time , you can store t he numbers in yo ur Contacts along with sp ecial characters called pauses.
Call Functi ons 24 Making a Call — Quick Sear ch Dialing Tw o- T ouch Dialing Memory loca tions 10 through 99 are spe cial T wo-T ouch dialing locations. Example: For location number 13, briefly press the key , then press and hold the key until the name and numbe r appear in the display and the number i s dialed.

Call Functi ons 26 Making a Call — Voice Dialin g If Voice Dial is not sure which name yo u said, it displays a choic e list of up to three names and prompts you with “ Did you say? ” followed by the first name on the list.
27 Pause Dialing From a Contacts Entr y • If you vo ice dial a contact th at contains (t wo-sec ond) T pause(s) simply wait for the pauses to pass and the dialing to complete.
