User ’s Guide 13 Adjustin g Sc reen Q ualit y Allo w the monitor to warm up for 20 minutes before performing the follo wing procedures. The Auto Adjustment feature automatically fine-tunes the image quality each time a ne w video mode is utilized. If additional improv ement is desired, select the Auto Adjust control on the front bezel.

User ’s Guide 15 Entering Us er Modes The video controller signal may occasionally call for a mode that is not preset if: ■ Y ou are not using a standard graphics adapter . ■ Y ou are not using a preset mode. If this occurs, you may need to re adjust the parameters of the monitor screen by using the on-screen display .
16 Use r’s Guide ne w mode just as it does a preset mode. In addition to the 15 factory preset modes, there are four user modes that can be entered and stored. Energy Sav er F ea ture When the monitor is in its normal operating mode, the monitor uses less than 60 watts of po wer and the Power light is green.
