Each time Matrix is launched, it chec ks for th e presence of the Sun Ja v a Runtime Environment (JRE) on the PC.

Pr oduction Data Matrix retains production data ov er a 4 month rolling window . That is, data older than 4 mont hs is automati- cally deleted on a daily basis .
