14 LifeBook B6200 Series – Section Two BATTERY CHARGING INDICATOR Located to the left of the Battery Level indicator is a small arrow symbol. This symbol states whether the battery is charging. This indicator w ill flash if the battery is too hot or cold to charge .

18 LifeBook B6200 Series – Section Two DRAGGING Dragging means pressing and holding the left button, while moving the cursor . T o drag, move the cur sor to the item you wish to mov e. Press and hold the left button while moving the item to its new location and then release it.

39 User Installable Features Lithium ion Battery Y our LifeBook notebook has a Lithium io n battery that provides power for ope rating your notebook when no external power source is a vailable. The battery is durable and long lasting, but should not be exposed to extreme temperatures, high voltages, chemicals or ot her hazards.

60 LifeBook B6200 Series – Section Five The system pow ers up, and displa ys powe r on informa- tion, but fails to load the operating system. The boot sequence settings of the setup utility are not compati ble w ith your configuration.
61 T roubleshooting The display goes blank by itself after you have been using it. The notebook has gone into Video T imeout, Standby Mode, or Hibernate M ode because you ha ve not used it for a period of time. Press an y button on the keyboard, or mov e the mouse to restore operation.
62 LifeBook B6200 Series – Section Five POWER ON SELF T EST MESSAGES The following is an alphabetic list of error-and-status messages that Phoenix BIOS and/or your operating system can generate and an explanation of each message. Error messages are marked with an *.
63 T roubleshooting *Parity Check 1 nnnn Parity error found in the system bus. BIOS attempts to locate the address and display it on the screen. If it cannot locate the address, it displays "????". This is a potentially data destr oying failure.
