Network Requirements Bef ore connecting the machine to the netw ork, mak e sure that configuration of the computer and access point or r outer is complete, and that the computer is connected to the netw ork.

Important Information Y ou Need Befor e Adding Y o ur Multifunction The following information is required to connect to your access p oint or router. • Access Point Name/Network Name: Also referred to as SSID .
Inst alling the Driv ers & Softwar e To use the m achine by connecting it to a computer, so ftware including the drivers needs to be copied (installed) to the compu ter 's hard disk.
Step Four Click Ea sy Install . Click Insta ll . The dri vers, application software, and on -screen manu als are installed all together. Step Three Enter your administrator name and password. Click OK . If you do not know your administrator name or password, click Help , then follow the on -scre en instructions.
Step Six Select Use the printer with wireless LAN connection , then click Next . Follow any on-screen instructions to proceed with the software installatio n.
Step Eight When the Create an Alias on Desktop screen appears, select Agree if you want an alias of the On-Screen manual to be placed on the desktop , otherwise select D o n ot Agree, then click Next Step Seven Read the License Agreement screen carefully and click Yes .
