Focus Adjustment 45 Focus Adjustment Y ou can adjust the focus manuall y and use the peaking func tion to assist you or you can le t the camcor der focus for you by using autofo cus. Focus Adjustment 49 NOTES • T ouching some w her e with a color or patt ern unique to the sub ject will make it eas ier to tra ck. Howev er , if there i s anothe r subject in the vicinity that sha res si milar chara cteristics to th e selected subject, the camcorder m ay start tracking the inc orrect subjec t.
Zooming 50 Zooming There ar e three ways you can zoom in and out: usin g the zoom lever on the camcor der , using the zoom buttons on the wireless controll e r or us ing the zoom controls on the touch scre e n. In addition to the 10x optical zoom , in m ode, you can turn on the digital zoom* (40x or 200x) with th e 7 [Digit al Zoom] se tting.
