1. Introduction Thank you for purchasi ng the Wireless 11g Acce ss Point (AP) Router. This Wireless AP Router, IEEE 802.11g standard compliant, is a high quality and reliable Internet routing and security device, enables multiple use rs to shar e the Broadband Internet connection with or without wires through a Cable or DSL modem.
‧ Fixed or Dynamic IP Address: On the I nternet (WAN port) con nection, the Wireless Router supports both Dynamic IP address (IP address is allocated on con nection) and Fixed IP address. Advanced Internet Functi ons ‧ Conferencing & Telepho ny Applications: Internet Telephony and Confe rencing applications are supported.
‧ NAT Protection: This feature allows all L AN users to share a single IP address and all users’ IPs are hidden. From the exte rnal viewpoint, there is no network only Wireless Router exists. ‧ Firewall: All incoming data packets a re monitored and all incomin g server requests are filtered.

2. Setting up the hardware 2.1 Setting up a wired connection Wireless Router is supplied with an Ethernet cable in the package. 4. Configuring via the web GUI The Wireless Router includ es a web graphics user interface (web GUI) whi ch allows you to configure the wireless rout er using a web browser on your co mputer.
