ENGLISH 3 Overview The STB-2101H is a set-top box that connect s your television to the Internet. Use the STB-2101H to watch Internet te levision (IPTV) or V ideo on Demand (VOD) on your regula r TV .
4 Hardware Connections T ake the following steps to set up your STB-2101H’ s hardware connections. Use either the cables t hat came with your STB-21 01H, or those that came with your TV or Internet access device.
ENGLISH 5 The STB-2101H has a variety of options for connecting your TV (and audio system). Use the hardware conn ections best suited to your equipment; the following figure sho ws some examples. T u rn On the STB-2101H Once you have made the hardware connections, take the following step s to start up the STB-2101 H.
6 2. Press the ON/OFF button on the rear of the STB-2101H. The Power LED on the front of the STB-2101H light s up. It blinks while the STB-2101H is st arting up, then shines steadily green once the STB-2101H is ready (this may t ake a little while).
ENGLISH 7 The Remote Control Before you first use the remote control, t a ke the following steps to insert two AAA-size batteries. 1. Press the battery cover release catch in and lift the cove r off. 2. Press the batteries into the comp artment. The negative ( - ) end of each battery should be at the end of the slot th at has a spring.
8 The Menu System: TV and V ideo The STB-2101H’s menu system allows you to select the TV channels and Video o n Demand (VOD) services you want to watch fro m your service provider . Use the remote co ntrol to navigate the menu system. This is only an example - the act ual menus you see depend on you r IPTV service provide r .

10 2. For Live TV , highlight the channel you want to watch using the navigator ’s and keys. The small screen on the bottom right shows the current program. For VOD , highlight t h e v i d e o y o u w a n t t o w a t c h . 3. Press the OK key . The program is shown in full screen.
