Wide Format Scan Service Use r Guide 31 5 Setting Up a Windows Folder When you retrieve scanned document s from the Copier/Printer you will be prompted to select a folder in which to store them. This folder may be located in [My Documents] , on the [Desktop], or elsewhere on the workstation’s h ard drive(s).
