Operatin g Instr uction s 26 Parking Brake The p arki ng br ake fu nctio ns by lockin g a det ent ar m into the t ransaxle outer c ontrol gear tee th. Moving the lev er BACKW ARD engages the p arkin g brak e; moving the le ver FO RW ARD releases the brake.

Operatin g Instr uction s 30 3. Reve rse direc tion of the mower by pu lling both lever s backw ard. NOTE: Smoo th action on the steering levers will produce smooth mower operation . Remem- ber to keep the engine and ground speed slow until learning the control response.
