Preparations ● When you want to play back DVD video discs, turn on the TV and select the video input source connected to the DVD player . ● When you want to enjoy the sound of DVD video discs or audio CDs from the audio system, turn on the audio system and select the input source connected to the DVD player .

ADV ANCED OPERA TION P AGE 27 Viewing Multi Angle Discs Note 2 1 This unit can produce a 3D Surround effect, using 3D Surround Sound technology , which simulates multi-chan- nel audio playback from two conventional stereo speak- ers instead of the five or more speakers normally required to listen to multi-channel audio from a home theatre.
P AGE 28 ADV ANCED OPERA TION Repeat Play Repeating viewing (listening) Press REPEA T during playback. Each time this button is pressed, the icon display changes as shown below and the disc will repeat a chapter or title (DVD) or a track (CD/Video CD).
ADV ANCED OPERA TION P AGE 29 Storing Markers in Memory to be Viewed or Listened to again Storing a MARKER in the DVD memory is similar to marking your page in a book.
