2 31 Basic e -Filing Opera tion Pr ess the [e -FILING] button on the control panel . 1 1 Prin ting Documents The procedur e for printing documents stor ed in e -F iling is as follows . S elected documents can be previewed in thumbnailed form. Selected documents can be deleted from e-Filing .
Chapter 2 BASIC OPERA TION 32 Basic Prin ting O per ation The basic operation of the printer function is as follows. This is for printing from a Windows computer with a Univ ersal Printer 2 driver which needs to be installed in advance. Selec t [Prin t] in the [File] menu of the applica tion.
2 33 Basic Printing Operation Setting Universal P rint er 2 driv er Select “Number of pages per Sheet ” to print several pages on one sheet. The pages are reduced t o t the selected paper size automatically and printed. T o specify Front c ov er printing Click the [P aper Handling] tab in the propert y dialog box of the printer driv er .

Chapter 3 MAINTENANCE Replacing T oner C ar tr idge When “Install new *** toner car tridge” appears on the touch panel, replace the t oner car tridge according to the follo wing procedures . 36 1 Open the front co ver . 2 Remove the color t oner cartridge you want to replace .
