Connections and initial set up 3 EN EN 1. Unplug the antenna cable fr om your TV set and plug it into the ANTENNA-CABLE IN sock et of y our DTH 8000. 2. Using the coaxial cable supplied, connect the ANTENNA-CABLE OUT socket of the DTH 8000 to the g antenna sock et of y our TV set.

Thanks to its tuner you can watch and recor d TV pr ogammes on D VD+R and D VD+R W discs. It can pla y the majority of 8 cm and 12 cm discs, with the exception of D VD Rom, D VD Ram, and D VD audio .

In such a case, star t a new channel sear ch from the installation menu. This set-up deletes all stored channels and r esets all the channels that your DTH 8000 can receiv e .

Recor ding functions 26 Recording fr om a memor y card Y our DTH 8000 allows you to cop y JPEG images or MP3 files to a recordable disc fr om a memor y card being r ead in a driv e connected to the fr ont USB sock et. All the files fr om memor y card will be r ecor ded on the disc.

Recor ding functions 28 Librar y Y ou can easily find the contents of your D VD+R or D VD+R W discs thanks to the librar y function of your DTH 8000. With each video r ecording the DTH 8000 places in memory the name of the disc and the recor ding parameters.

Y ou can change the language of the DTH 8000 menus, the language of the disc menus, the language of the dialogues and that of the subtitles.
