P6131 Instruction Manual 1 Operating Basics The P6131 probe is a subminiature, 10X, passive probe designed specifically for use with T ektronix 2400 Series oscilloscopes. It is fully compatible with the T ektronix family of subminiature probe accessories.
Operating Basics 2 P6131 Instruction Manual Grounding the Probe Connect the probe to the instrument and connect the ground lead to ground before making any measurement. Ensure that no part of the ground lead contacts voltage in the circuit under test.
