Introduction 11 About the system Barc o’s diagnostic displa y soluti ons ar e known for their image quality , fidelity and consist ency . Building upon its wide exp ertise in medical imaging and high- end project ors, Barc o has expanded its L CD and CRT displa y solutions with a DIC OM-compliant pr ojection syst em, DIC OM THEA TER®.
Introduction 12 display oth er images, like pr esentations. Calibrat ion and stabilization is done by using the ext ernal optical sensor , which is installed at the side of the large screen. The L CD display is used as re view display in the Dic om Theat er system.

In other words, this is to c ontrol the projector so tha t it con tinually conf orms to the targ et situation as defined in the MediC al Pro pr eset.
