Its purpose, aside from recom mending oper ating and routine servic e requirements , is to promote safety through the use of accepted operating practices .
6 Section 2 - OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 PRE-ST A RT CHECK LIST Make the f ollowing checks and perform the service required bef ore each start-up. 2.1.1. Check guards, deflectors, gr ass bag, adapter and covers to mak e sure all are in plac e and securely tightened.
