T o star t any cooking operation, the current time must be set. 7.3.1 Setting th e curre nt time T o set the current time, turn PT1 to the right an d left to increase or decrease the h ours.

This means that the SHO W ROOM function (w hich disables all the heating e lements so that only the control panel works) is not active .

Th is allows energ y con sumption to be reduced, especiall y in cookin g operations requir ing pre-heating or medium-long times.
