USING THE O VEN 8.1 W arnings and general advice When the gas oven and ga s grill are us ed for the first time, th ey should be heated to the maximum temperature ( 275° C ) for long enough to bu rn off any oily r e sidues left by the manufacturing process, which could cont aminate food s with unpleasant smells.

Instructions for the User 23 10.CLEANING AN D MAINTENANCE Before performing any operations , switch off the powe r supply to the appliance. Do not use a steam jet for cleaning the inside of the oven. To keep stainless steel in good co ndition it should be cleaned regularly af ter every use of the cooker, after it h as cooled.
