Using the Menu Screen The menu screens allow you to adjust the image and various projector settings. The menu can be operated to achieve two functions, adjustment and setting. (For adjusting the menu items, see pages 38 and 39. For setting the menu items, see pages 40 and 41.

With the lower value se- lected, the projected image becomes warmer , reddish and incandescent-like while with the higher value, the image becomes cooler , blu- ish and fluorescent-like.

-58 Maintenance Indicators ■ The warning lights on the projector indicate pr oblems inside the projector . ■ If a problem occurs, either the temperature warning indicator or the lamp indicator will illuminate red, and the projector will enter the standby mode.
Appendix -59 Regarding the Lamp Info • If the temperature warning indicator illuminates, and the projector enters the standby mode, follow the pos- sible solutions on the previous page and then wait until the projector has cooled down completely before plugging in the power cord and turning the power back on.
