REPLACING THE TONER CARTRIDGES 2-16 5 Remove the protective ma terial from the new toner cartridge. 6 Insert the new toner cartr idge. Align the ins ert holes as shown and then push t he cart ridge in. 7 Push the cartr idge in unt il it locks securely in place.

MISF EED REMO VAL 2-20 Misfeed in the transport area, fusing area, and exit area Transport area 1 Open the upper side cover and check for a misfeed. Grasp the fin ger ho ld and gently open the cove r. Be careful not to tear the misfed pap er during removal.
