37 Fitness T est The Fitness T est measures the impr ovements of your physical fitness level. The test compares your power output (in W atts) to your heart rate. As your fitness level improves, your power output will increase at a given heart rate. Y ou can start the Fitness T est from the FITNESS TEST option in the Program Menu.
