English vi Burn your recorded video clips onto a D VD (Windows XP) Introduced here is the pr ocedure to use the supplied D VD-ROM (Xacti Software D VD) to burn mo vies captured with y our camera to a D VD, creating your origin al DVD .

English x 3 Click on the [New Project] icon. h The [New Project] dialog box app ears. 4 Type a project name in the “Name” field. h Use any name that is easy to understand. 5 Click the [OK] b utton. h The screen to enter the data to the proj ect appears.

Hold the camera high to get a great view of a parade, or swivel the monitor around to snap a photo of yourself. If you s wivel the monitor unit to its farthest position, the image on the monitor will be inv erted.

English 30 SETUP TURNING THE CAMERA ON AND OFF T urning on the camera 1 Open the monitor unit, and press the ON/OFF button for at least 1 second. h If you p ress the REC/PLA Y button f or at least 1 second, the ca mera turns on in the pla ybac k mode.
31 English TURNING THE CAMERA ON AN D OFF T urning off the camera 1 Press the ON/OFF button for at least 1 second. h The camera turns off . h T o tur n off the camera while it is in the shooting mode or pow er sav e mode, press the ON/OFF b utton f or at least 1 second.
English 32 SETUP D A TE AND TIME SETTING The camera will record the date and time an image or audio recording is taken so that y ou can disp la y them during pla yback. Theref ore, bef ore capturing images, mak e sure the correct date and time are set.
