12 introducing your dongle Install the USIM card When you s ubscribe to ser vice, yo u will receive a Universal Sub scriber Identity Modul e or USIM card , with subscrip tion details, such as your personal ide ntification number (P IN) and optional ser vices.
13 introducing your dongle Insert a memory card (optional) T o store additional multimedia file s, you must insert a memory card. Y our dongle accepts microSD ™ memory cards up to 8 GB (depending on memory card manufact urer and type) . 1. Open the co ver to the mem ory card slot on the sid e of the dongl e.
14 introducing your dongle Connect the dongle to your PC 1. Slide open the fron t cover until it lo cks in place and rotate the USB connector . 2. Connect the dongle to a USB po rt on a PC. The status light blinks, and then becomes solid blue . Now the dongle is r eady to be used.
