Basic Recording When a cassette is loaded and the camcorder is left in the STBY mode for more than 5 minutes without being used, it will switch off automatically . T o use it again, push the ST ART/STOP button or set the Power switch to OFF and then back to CAMERA.

30 ENGLISH FRANÇAIS Basic Recording Playing back a tape you have recorded on the LCD ✤ Y ou can monitor the playback picture on the LCD monitor . ✤ Make sure that the battery pack is in place. 1. Hold down the tab of the Power switch and turn it to the PLA YER position.
