E- 9 ENGLISH Operating Mode Switch COOL AUTO HEA T ◆ Choose the appropriate operating mode with the Operating Mode Switch that enables the user to choose between the Cool / Auto / Heat mode.
E- 10 Function Controller The function controller is an optional accessory and it is installed on the wall. The function controller is an additional controller which is used with the centralized controller . T o use the function controller , refer to an appropriate manual.

Inserting the Remote Control Batteries Push the battery cover on the rear of the remote control with your thumb in the direction of the arrow and remove it. Insert the two batteries, taking care to respect the polarities : ◆ + on the battery with + on the remote control.
Selecting the Automatic Operating Mode E- 13 ENGLISH Y ou can start the air conditioner in Automatic mode from your remote control. In the Automatic mode, the optimum temperature and the fan speed is selected automatically .

E- 19 ENGLISH Adjusting the Air Flow Direction V ertically Depending on the position of the indoor unit on the wall of your room, you can adjust the position of the outer air flow blade on the bottom of the unit, thus increasing the efficiency of the air conditioner .
Setting the On T imer ◆ If you press the button when the Of f T imer is set, the Off T imer is also cancelled.
