Press the [ ] button to move the cursor one space to th e right to enter the same character you previously selected. Procedures for entering characters are described below .
12 © Samsung T elecoms (UK) Ltd. . Button LEDs The [T ransfer] button, [Hold] button, and [Speaker] button have L EDs that turn on or off according to the phone status. For incoming external calls or in tercom calls ringing at your phone the trunk bu tton LED or Call button LED will flash green.
© Samsung T elecoms (UK) Ltd. 13 USING THE FEA TURES Making a Call This function is used when you wan t to make a call to other stations or to make an external call. Calling an Extension Number This function is used when you want to mak e a call to other stations.
14 © Samsung T elecoms (UK) Ltd. Calling an Out side number This function is used when you want to mak e an external call. 1 Pick up the handset. 2 Press the trunk or trunk group button or dial the trunk group access code (e.g., 9) . 3 Dial the telephone number you want to call.
© Samsung T elecoms (UK) Ltd. 15 Using a S peakerphone This function is used when you make a call with t he speakerphone. 1 Press the [S peaker] button without lif ting the handset. 2 Dial the telephone numb er you want to call. Or , press the trunk line / extension button.
16 © Samsung T elecoms (UK) Ltd. Redial To redial the last out side telephone number you dialled. Press the [Redial] button. Or , dial [1][9 ]. Save Number with Redial To save the number you just dialled for later use. 1 Press the [SNR] button before hanging up.

Call Pickup This function is use d when yo u pick up a c all ringing at another station. 1 When, a call is ring ing at another st a tion, pick up the handset and lis ten for the dial tone.

A red LED light s on the button. If the [MUTE] button does not appear on your phone, press the Soft button corresponding to [MUTE] on the LCD screen.
