Chapter 1 Interfac es 24 10/ 100Ba se-T ADAPTE R The NIC at the rear of t he printe r for the 10 /100Base-T interface has two ind icator lig hts and two DIP s witches, a s shown in Figure 2. NOTE: The Wire less NIC DIP switch fu nctional ity is th e same as the 10/100B ase-T NIC .
10/100Base- T 25 Run and Auto Reset Mo des Run mode is the nor mal operatin g state of the NIC. Auto Reset mode is en tered when th e watchdog t imer is trigg ered and the Print Server r esets itse lf. In eithe r mode, th e STAT LED f lashes at a varyin g rate, de pending on whether th e unit IP address is configur ed.
