Chapter 3- Audio Only Basic Configuration and Operation 3-8 System Alerts This is a list of system problems. Th e alert indicator flashes red when at least one system alert is active. The flashing continues until a user with Operator or Administrator permission reviews the list.

The High Port Usage threshold repr esents a percentage of the total number of voice or video ports available. It is set to indicate when resource usage is approaching its maxi mum, resulting in no free resources to run additional conferences.

The information in the Address Book can be modified only by an administrator. All RMX users can, however, view and use the Address Book to assign partic ipants to conferences.
