The System Setup menu 07 37 En Important • Make sure the micropho ne/speakers are not moved during the Auto MCACC Setup. • Using the Auto MCACC Setup will overwrite any existing settings for the MCACC preset you select. 1 • The screen saver will automatically appear after three minutes of inactivity.
The System Setup menu 07 38 En 3 Connect the microphone to the MCACC SETUP MIC jack on the fr ont panel. Make sure there are no obstacles between the speakers and the microphone. If you have a tripo d, use it to place the microphone so that it’s about ear level at your normal listen ing position.

Connecting an iPod This receiver h as a dedica ted iPod t erminal tha t will allow you to contro l playback of audi o content fro m your iPod using the controls of this receiver.

Other connections 08 59 En MULTI-ZONE listening This receiver can power up to three independent system s in separate rooms after you have made the proper MULTI- ZONE connections.

Other connections 08 63 En Using the SR+ mode with a Pioneer plasma display When connected using an SR+ ca ble, a number of features become ava ilable to make using this receiver with your Pioneer plasma display even easier. These features include: • On-screen displays when making receiver settings, such as speaker setup, MCACC setup, and so on.
Other connections 08 64 En Use a commercially-ava ilable cable to connect the RS- 232C jack on your computer to the 9-pin RS-232C jack on this receiver.
HDMI Control 09 65 En Chapter 9 HDMI Control By connecting this receiver to an HDM I Control- compatible Pioneer plasma displa y or the HDD/DVD recorder with a n HDMI cable, you can control this recei.

In the Multi Channe l Input Setup, you can assign a video input to the multi-channel input.
Other Settings 10 70 En 2 Select the ‘ PDP Volume Control ’ setting you want. • OFF – The receiver does not control the volume of the plasma display.
