Note for US keyboard users: The keyboard layout is set when you first set up Windows.
19 English English Touchpad The built-in touchpad is a pointing de vice that sens es movement on it s surface. This means the cursor respon ds as you move your finger on the surface of the touchpad. The central lo cation on the palmrest provides optimum comfort and support.

This button mimi cs your cursor pressing on the vertical and horizo ntal scroll ba rs of Windows applications.
21 English English Launch Keys Located above the keyboard are five butt ons. The left-most button is the power butto n. To the right of the power button are the four launch keys. They are desi gnated as the mai l button , the web b rowser button, and two pr ogrammable butt ons (P1 and P2).

35 English English T o install a battery pack: 1 Align the battery with the open battery bay; make sure that the end with the contacts will enter first, and that th e top surface of the battery is facing up. 2 Slide the battery into t he battery bay and gently pu sh until the battery locks in place.
