34 Quick Start 2 Press the shutter release button slowly in two steps. This allows for exact focusing as well as preventing c amera shake. 56 4 Taking Picture s A histogram is a graph showin g the brightness of an image on the horizontal axis and the number of pixels on the vertical axis (distribution ch art of the brightness). The histogram wi ll help you detect the brightness o f the image you have taken.
