48 Playback Digita l Effect Functions During playback, special Digital Effects can be added to the Recording. The digital effects that may be applied in the process of recording (except Picture in Pictur e Mode) will be the same as these added effects.
49 ª Playing Back with Multi-Pic ture Mode Strobe Multi-P icture Mod e [STROBE] 1 : You can capture 9 cons ecutive still pictures from playback images. Manual Multi-Picture Mode [MANUAL] 2 : Selecting a desired still picture one at a time, you can capture 9 sti ll pictures.
50 To Delete M ulti-Pictures on e by one (Wh en Pictures have been captured in Manual Mode) When the [MULTI] Button is pressed f or 1 second or longer while the still pictures are displayed, the picture that was captured last is deleted. If you continue t o press the Button, the pictures are deleted consecutively.
51 Audio Dubbing You can add music or narration to the recorded Cassette. ≥ If you perform audio dubbing onto a t ape that was recorded with [AUDIO REC] on the [RECORDING SETUP] Sub-Menu of the [CAMERA FUNCTIONS] Main-Menu set to [16bit], the original sound is erased.

64 OTO Protecting the Files on a Memory Card from Accidental Erasure (File Lock) Precious files rec orded on a Memory Card can be locked to pr event accidental erasure. (Ev en if fi les are lock ed, the files will be deleted when the Memory Card is formatted.
65 Deleting the Files Re cord ed on a Memory Card Using the Palmcorder, y ou can delet e the still picture files and tit les recorded on a Memory Card. Afte r the f ile is delet ed, it cann ot b e restored. At first, slide the [TA PE/CARD/CARD MODE] Selector to [CARD] to select the type of data to be erased.
66 Formatting a Memory Card If a Memory Card becomes unreadable by the P almcorder , f orm atting it ma y make it reusable. F ormatting will delete all the data recorded on a M emor y Card. After setting the Palmcorder to Card Playback Mode ( l 57)...

72 Using as a Web Camera If the Palmco rder is connected to y our personal compu ter, you can send video from the Palmcorder to the other parti es via the network.
73 ≥ If the Palmcorder is used as a Web Camera, the quality of t he video to be exchanged will depend on the Internet connection status. ≥ If the USB Con nection Cable is disconnect ed from the personal computer, the WEB CAMERA mode is cancelled. ≥ In the WEB CAMERA mode, video cannot be recorded onto a tape or a card.
