15 Chapter 1 Applying Eff ects to Video and Sound [TIME EFFECTS] The still, strobe, or multi-str obe effect can be set. Still: Keeps the video still. Strobe: Plays video frame by frame. Multi-strobe: Divides the scr een into 4, 9, or 16 screens and displays the strobe image on each divided scr een.
