71 Editing Images Editing Image g Small Picture: Resizing Images Create a small copy of the current image. Suitable for uploading to web sites or sending by e-mail. The following sizes are available: l 640 ×480 , m 320×240 , and n 160×120 . Small copies are saved as JPEG files wi th a compression ratio of 1:16.
72 Editing Images Editing Image o Crop: Creating a Cropped Copy Create a copy containing only the port ion visible in the monitor when u is displayed with playback zoom ( A 62) enabled. Cropped copies are saved as separate files. 1 Rotate the zoom control to g ( i ) in full-frame playback mode to zoom in on the image.
73 Movie Recording and Playback Movie Recording and Playback Recor ding Movies You can use the camera to record high-definition movies with sound. The maximum movie length for each movie is 29 minutes, re gardless of memory card capacity ( A 77). 1 Turn the camera on and display the shooting mode screen.
74 Recording Movies Movie Recording and Playback B Recording Movies • When recording movies, we recommend using a memo ry card with a Cl ass 6 or hig her speed class rating ( A 122). W hen using a memory card wi th a low sp eed class, recording may stop unexpectedly.
