Keep yo ur elbows pr opped lightly against your torso for support and pl a ce on e f oot half a pace ahe ad of the o ther to keep your u pper body stable.
38 s Step 5 : F o cu s 1 Press the shutter-releas e button ha lfway . Pr ess the shutter -release butt on halfway to focus . The camera will select the f o cus points automatically . If the subj ect is poorly l it, the flash may pop up and th e AF-assi st illumi nator may light.
39 s Step 6: Shoot Smoothly press the shut ter-relea se button the rest of the w ay do w n to r elease the shu t ter and r ecord the phot ograph . The access lamp nex t to the memo r y car d slot cover w ill light . Do not eject the memor y card or remove or disconnect the power source until the lamp has gone ou t and recording i s complete .
