The best w ay to check what resources are in use and which ones are av ailab le, run WINMSD Utility .

If this is the case, try issuing the software’s connection command. If more than one communications program is open, they may conflict with each other.

Try increasing the length of time in minutes the modem will wait before disconnecting when no data is sent or received.
