Configuration 7 Configuration Util ity The Wireless USB uses i ts own management software. A ll functions you can control are provided by the Configuration Utility. Usually, th is application starts automatically. To start the utility ma nually, c lick the Start button, > Programs , > UBS 11 Mbps Wirele ss Network A dapter .
Configuration 8 Status Tab Link Status Gro up When Associated fields are listed, the normal flow of operation is Infrastructure Mode, the PC is connected to i ts access point, and networking is available.

Configuration 10 Network Mode Two modes are available. The default is Infrastructure. Ad Hoc - This is the 802.11 pe er-to- peer mode of operation. In 802.1 1Ad Hoc only one wirel ess cell is supported for each different SSID. Communication is Client-to-Client without the use of an Access Poi nt.
