7 COOKTOP USE Cooktop Controls IMPORT AN T : Y our cook top is f acto ry-se t for u se with Natural gas. If you wish t o use LP Gas, an LP Gas Convers ion Kit is included with your new range. 9 T o Use the InstaW o k ™ Grate : 1. Check that the con trol knob is in the OFF position and t he grate is com plete ly coo l befo re hand ling. 2. Remove grate from cooktop and flip the grate over so that the wok supports are pointing up. 3. Place th e wok grate within the supp orts.

1 4 T emperature Change The oven temperat ure can be changed when th e oven(s) are in the Sa bbat h Mode. No tones will sound, and the displ ay w ill not change. The heatin g elements wi ll not tur n on or off for a random time, anyw her e from 1 6 to 24 seconds.
1 5 Meat Therm omete r On models wit hout a temper ature probe, use a meat thermometer to determine donenes s of meat, poultry and fish. The inter nal tempera ture, not appe arance, should be used to determine doneness. A meat therm ometer is not supplied w ith this ap plianc e.
