Note: The time will flash at the push of the CLOCK button when the A C power supply is restored after a power f ailure or unplugging the unit.

17 CD Pla ybac k - Listening to a CD - T o remove the CD: Whilst in the stop mode, press the OPEN/CLOSE b utton. Press the CD eject button and remo ve the CD . Notes: l After removing the CD , make sure to press the OPEN/CLOSE b utton and close the CD compar tment.
18 CD Pla ybac k - Repeat or Random Pla y - Repeat or Random Pla y Y ou can select one of the CD playbac k mode; "Repeat play", "Random pla y" and "Normal play". T o repeat a programmed sequence: P erf or m steps 1 - 5 in the "Programmed Pla y" section and then select the repeat pla yback.
19 CD Pla ybac k - Programmed Pla y - Pr ogrammed Pla y By specifying trac ks from 1 to 99, you can choose up to 20 selections f or playbac k in the order you lik e. Adding trac ks to the programme: If a programme has been pre viously stored, the "MEMOR Y" indicator will be dis- pla yed.
20 Radio - Listening to the Radio - Listening to the Radio T o receive an FM stereo transmission: Press the FUNCTION (BAND) button to displa y the "ST" indicator . l " " will appear when an FM broadcast is in stereo . l If the FM reception is weak, press the FUNCTION (BAND) b utton to e xtinguish the "ST" indicator .

Timer playbac k: The unit turns on and plays the desired source (CD , tuner) at the preset time. Sleep operation: The radio and compact disc can all be turned off automatically .
