Delay start button Press this button to de lay the start of the washing programme from 1 to 24 hours. Refer to 'Select and start a washing programme'. Programme buttons To select a washing programme, press one of these buttons until the display shows the programme number.

Filling with salt Caution! Only use salt specifically designed for dishwas her use. All other types of salt, especially table salt, will damage the water softener.
4. Close the rinse aid dispenser. Press the lid until it locks into position. Adjusting the rinse aid dosage The factory set in position 3. You can set the rinse aid dosage betwee n position 1 (lowest dosage) and position 4 (highest dosag e). Turn the rinse aid selector ( 2 ) to increase or reduce the dosage.
For washing in the dishwasher the following cutl ery and dishes are not suitab le: are of limited sui tability: • Cutlery with wooden, horn, china or mother- of-pearls handles. • Plastic items that are not heat resistant. • Older cutlery with glued parts that are not temperature resistant.

Long and/or sharp items of cutlery such as carving knives must be positioned horizontally in the upper basket. Take care when loading or unloading sharp items such as knives.

Fill with detergent 20 30 M A X 1 2 3 4 + - 1. Press the release button ( 2 ) to open the lid ( 3 ) of the detergent dispenser. 2. Put the detergent in compartment ( 1 ). 3. If the washing programme has a prewash phase, put a small quantity of deterg ent on the inner side of the appliance door.
To deactivate the Multi tab function and use separately detergent, salt and rinse aid 1. Press the Multi tab button, the Multi tab indicator goes off. The function has bee n deactivated. 2. Fill the salt container and the rinse aid dispenser. 3. Adjust the water hardness to the highest level.
2. Press the delay start button until the display shows the number of the selected washing programme. • The programme number flashes for a few seconds and then the time of the washing programme comes on. 3. Close the appliance door. The washin g programme starts automatically.
• Water may appear on the sides and the door of the appliance as the stainless steel will eventually become cooler tha n the dishes. Maintenance and cleaning Cleaning the filters The filters must be checked and cle aned from time to time. Dirty filters will de grade the washing result.
C 9. Put the filter ( A ) into position in filter ( B ). Turn the f ilter ( A ) clockwise until it locks. Caution! Never use the appliance without filters . Incorrect repositioning and fitting of the filters will produce poor washing results and will result in damage to the appliance.
Something not working The appliance does not start or it stops during operation. Certain problems are due to the lack of simple maintenance o r oversights, which can be solved with the help of the indications described in the table, without calling out an engineer.

The washing and drying results are not satisfactory There are streaks, whitish stains, or a bluish lay er on glasses and dishes. The rinse aid quanti ty is too high. Decrease the rinse aid quantity. Dry water drop stains on glasses and dishes. The rinse aid quanti ty is too low.

Removing the appliance worktop 1. Remove the applia nce work top by unscrewing the two rear retaining screws (1) 2. Pull the worktop from the back of the appliance (2). 3. Lift the worktop (3) and slide it out of the front slots. Insert the appliance once the levelling has been done.
Water connection Water inlet connection This appliance may be fed wi th either hot (maximum 60 °C) or cold water. Nevertheless we advise you u se a cold water supply. A hot water supply is not always efficient with heavily soiled crockery as it shortens the washing programmes a lot.
Our appliances are supplied with a security device to protect against the return of dirty water back into the appliance. If the spigot of your sink has a "no return valve" incorporated this can preve nt the correct draining of your appliance.
