In the e vent of an elec- trical shor t circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by pro v iding an esca pe wire for the electr ic cur- rent. This product is e quipped with a cord having a groundin g wire with an appropriate grounding plug.

Installation 312759R 19 T ank Refill Kit 256577 Installation The tank refill kit is shipped un ins talled. The tank refill kit can be installed on the lid of the tan k or on the side of the tank. See F IG . 5 and F IG . 7. Install the tank refill kit in the tank lid if using heat or agi- tation or if a slinger b lade is installed in the tank.

Some of the fu nctions can be per f o rm ed using the setup scr eens. Setup 40 312759R Phasing Adjustment When the m achine ex ecutes a shot, ma ter ials from T ank A and T ank B enter the static mix er where they are mix ed and then dispensed. In order f or the materials to mix at the d esired ratio, both mater ials must ente r the static mix er at the same time .

Setup 42 312759R Adjust Dispense V alve Snuff Bac k At the end of a shot, a small amount of mater ial is dra wn back into the static m ixer to pre vent extra material fr om being dispensed. If too much snuff back occurs air will enter the stat ic mixer and can t rav el up into the dispense v alve.
Setup 312759R 43 Adjust Open Dispense V alve (OD V) Timing When a shot is perf ormed, the dispense v alve nee ds to open at a precise t ime for material to be dispensed properly . If the dispen se valv e opens too early , material ma y drain from t he static mixer before the shot star ts.
Setup 44 312759R Calibrate Dispense W eight Ratio (PR70v onl y) The PR70v base unit can dispense v olume rati os in the range of 1:1 to 24:1. The r ange of A to B cylinder size ratios is 1:1 to 12: 1 . The mechanical rati o ar m multiplies the constant cylinder siz e ratio by a range of 1: 1 to 2:1 depending on the ratio arm adjustment .
