Setting U p 13 1. Installation Setting Up Selecting a loca tion for the fax mac hine T o maxi mize the talking range of the cordless h andset and m inimiz e interf erence , we rec ommend instal ling the f ax ma chine in a h igh and cent ral locatio n aw ay f rom obstructi ons such as w alls .

Loading th e Imagi ng Film 21 1. Installation Loading th e Imaging Film Y our fa x uses a roll of im aging film to creat e printed te xt and ima ges. The print head in the f ax applies he at to the ima ging film to transf er ink to th e paper . F ollow th e steps bel ow to load or replace the film.
