Overview 1-2 Introductio n The 2H252-25R is used to co nnect individual high-bandwidth user devices, such as workstations, or to provide a central switching point for mu ltiple 100-Mbps F ast Et hernet segments.

Installation 3-1 3 Installation This chapter provides the instru ctions required to install the 2H252-25R. A Phillips scre wdriv er is required to install options into the de vice or inst all the device into a rack. Follow the order of the sections listed belo w to co rrectly install the de vice.

Plug each power cord into a grounded wall outlet, see Figure 3-5 . To take advantage of the load sharing and redundan cy capabilities, each power cord must be plugged into a separate dedi cated ac outlet.
