The factory default is mode 5 for Oxymitte r 4000 units without an IMPS 4000 or SPS 4001B. In this mode, the output will signal when a unit alarm or a CALIBRA T ION RECOMMENDED indication occurs.

Refer to Section 8: T roubleshooting, to determine the cause of the error . Clear the error , cycle power , and the operating display should return.
