CounterPath eyeBeam 1.5 10 3.4 Answering a Call eyeBeam must be runni ng to answer incoming calls. (If ey eBeam is not running, incoming ca lls may be directed to voicemail, but check with your V oIP service prov ider to be sure.) The softphone rings and the li ne of the incoming call is lit.

Y ou can identify one of these contacts as the primary contact method.

CounterPath eyeBeam 1.5 21 4.3 Calls T ab There are three lists that show calls you ha ve made and receiv ed: • Missed Calls: in coming calls tha t you missed. • Received Calls: i ncoming calls, both answered and missed. • Dialed Calls: outgoing calls, both answere d, unanswered and hu ng up.

This person will not be able to send yo u phone calls or instant messages, an d will not be able to see your online status. Y ou can change these privacy rules at any time; see page 27.

The other person will be added to your privacy rules with “Show my St atus” set to Y es. Allow and add This button appear s only if the other person is not already on your contact list.
