Specification of the RS232C connector is standard for “DSUB9” The Maximum Length of cabl e is 45 ft. When you w ant to use a longer distance, use a “RS232 to RS422” converter.

6. How to Operate 31 6-1. General Information ▫ Y ou can operate all functions of the system by use of buttons located on the front p a nel, remote controller and a mouse. Additionally , you can remotely control this unit via RS422C or the Ethernet port located on the back of the unit.

6. How to Operate 39 6-7. LIVE 6-7.1. FULL SCREEN ▫ A Full SCREEN is available in the LIVE mode or the RECORD mode. ▫ Click a certain camera’s sc reen in the LIVE mode or in the RECORD mode and then a FULL SCREEN will be displayed. ▫ Click t he FULL screen to return to the SPLIT SCREEN.

Playback Devices In order to payback, plug the USB devices such as external USB HDD, USB memory to the USB port or insert a recorded media (CD-R/W or DVD-R/W) into the DVD-R/W drive. When the devices are ready to playback, the Ready on the corresponding devices will be displayed as shown in Fig.
