7 Delay T imer B utton (4) The di shwasher is equ ipped with a variabl e timer of up to 1 9 hours’ duration at h ourly i nter vals. • To set the d elay tim er, press th e delay tim er bu tton (4).

9 Chang ing a Pr ogramme It is poss ible to c hange the prog ramme if n ecessa ry once the programme ha s star ted. • First open t he door slightly to reduc e the risk of water spillage . • Press the pro gramme s electi on button unti l the requi red programme is shown on the display.
10 Detergent To F ill the D et ergent C ompart ment 1. Push the latch to open the compartment . 2. Add the require d amount of detergent. T he main d etergent compartment “ b ” (figu re 2) has line s to allow f or specif ic amounts of de tergent. Th ese are marked at either 15 cm 3 or 25 cm 3 , to be used de pending on how dirty the dishes are.
11 If you do use combination det ergents, add salt and rinse aid to the dishwasher and then adjust the water hardness setting and rinse aid set ting to t he mini mum.
12 When the salt warning light on the control panel illuminates, you should r efill th e salt com partm ent with salt only – do not add wat er to t he salt co mpartment after the fi rst use. Importa nt: You should r un a prewash programme immediat ely after adding dishwasher salt, to prevent any damage to the dishwasher systems.
13 Softe ner Adj ustm ent The ef ficiency o f your dishw asher depends on t he softness of the tap water. To ensure b est effic iency, the dishwasher is equipped wi th a system that reduces the hardness in the mains wate r supply. The efficie ncy will incr ease when the s yste m is correct ly set .

Fill the rinse aid compartment until the rinse aid indicator goes dark , as shown in figure 7 (where “a” indicate s the co mpart ment is empty, and “ b ” in dicates the compart ment is full).
